Since becoming a Realtor ®, I have chaired or served on every committee of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, and was honored as the recipient of the “Distinguished Service” and “Realtor of the Year” awards for outstanding contributions to real estate and the community. I also have served multiple terms as a director of the San Francisco and California Association of Realtors, and as Regional Chair, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and as President of the San Francisco Association in 2001.
It means that I have been deeply embedded in the local real estate community for nearly 30 years – I know the agents, the brokers, have a thorough knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods, their property values, and I know how to develop a strategy in this market that will work for you as a buyer or seller.
In 2015/2016, our team Closed 45 Real Estate Transactions Totaling $65 Million, Qualifying us In The Top 2% Of Agents In San Francisco.
As listing agents, we have achieved a very high Sales Price to Original List Price percentage of 118% and a very low average days on market of 18 days.
As buyers’ agents, we know how to package your offer as that “well wrapped gift to the seller”, to achieve a winner position in the purchase process, and 85% of our buyers get into contract on their first or second offer.
I attribute my success to my primary goal – to provide personal, attentive service to all my clients. Raised back East in Richmond, Virginia, and on a farm near historic Charlottesville, former home of three of America’s founding fathers, I developed an appreciation of history, vintage architecture, and immediately fell in love with the City by the Bay and its diverse neighborhoods when I relocated to the west coast in 1982.
I know why everyone wants to live in our glorious City and have helped many first-time and repeat buyers and sellers at all price ranges fulfill their dreams. Prior to real estate, I spent the first fourteen years of my professional life in public and private accounting, a valuable resource for any real estate transaction. I am an alumnus of Golden Gate University where I was awarded the outstanding graduate in the accounting program in 1985.
Also known as the “singing Realtor”, I have hosted fundraising events and devoted many hours to local community charities, as I am a strong believer in giving back to the community in which I live. I have a thorough knowledge of the San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods and keeps a watchful eye on local real estate market trends.
While I specialize in representing buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties in San Francisco, my second love is the wine country where I plan to retire in another decade … or two. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my long-term partner at our country home, which we named “Harmony”, a word that summarizes our approach to our professional and personal lives.
